All new clients are initially invited to a consultation to discuss your specific requirements. At the initial consultation we can help you to define the theme and style of your event, as well as any other special touches you may require.

Event Day Coordination

If you want to plan the majority of your event but would like professional assistance on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly, we can help. Our aim is to prevent problems arising and to deal with any that do efficiently, so that you can relax and totally enjoy your event. RED can meet you as often as necessary prior to the event to gain a crystal clear understanding of what you envisage for the day. We attend pre-event meetings, liaise with suppliers and venues ensuring that the event will be just as you imagined, running smoothly, to schedule, with every last detail checked.

Full Event Coordination

This is intended for you if you need a little help, inspiration or just simply don’t have the time to plan your own event. With our knowledge, expertise and vision we can guide you every step of the way towards bringing your event to life. From initial concept design through to the laying of the very last place card, we maintain high levels of professionalism throughout, ensuring that your event is not only perfect but constantly exceeds your expectations. For full event coordination we charge either a minimum fee or a percentage of your total event budget if we manage the whole event from start to finish.

UK Destination Events

We organise UK events for clients that live or work abroad. We take the stress and strains of planning a long distance conference, private party or wedding. Every event is unique and whether you want it to be in a fairytale castle, theme park or country estate, we can create and personalise your day so that it expresses your personal taste, corporate culture or individual sense of fun.
